This performance event involves improvisation with musicians and poets at Stanford University, The University of California at San Diego, and The University of Alaska at Fairbanks, through the Internet2 www.internet2.edu/network. The custom software and technical setup has been developed by Chris Chafe's "SoundWIRE Group" at Stanford ccrma.stanford.edu/groups/soundwire. Special thanks to Christopher Sorg, who is facilitating the technical side of this performance event at Loyola, and made the Chicago connection possible.
