Richard Harriman

Richard Harriman is an English teacher from Maine who has been teaching overseas and traveling with his wife and daughter and son for the past 5 years. He taught in Northern Greece at Anatolia College for three years, and now teaches in the International Baccalaureate program at the American International School-Riyadh, in Saudi Arabia. His interests include offshore sailing, photography and fiction writing. His most recent professional paper explored using chaos theory to see pathologies of success in students who are being designated academic failures.
